Lighting for houses and businesses.

Send photos of the rooms and I will tell you what the install looks like. In a house that is usually a new fixture, a fan, recessed lights, or a porch light. In an office or restaurant it is often 2x4s, 2x2s, or wraparounds. Price depends on how many, how high the ceiling is, and how far the run is back to the panel.

Inside

Replace a dated fixture. Add recessed lighting in a kitchen that outgrew one ceiling light.

Outside

Entries, garage faces, rear doors. The run and the weatherproofing are the work.

Fans

A fan is only simple if the box in the ceiling was meant to hold one. I check that.
