Gut rehabs and remodels — single-family houses and multi-unit buildings. Rough-in while the walls are open. Finish when the drywall is up. I walk the job first. The team and I run the work.

Outlets, plates, fixtures, and the last circuits after paint. We come back for this after the walls are closed.
Single-family and multi-unit
A single-family remodel and a two-flat or small multi-unit gut are both work we take. The building changes the layout, not who you call.
What I need from you or the GC
For a rehab or multi-unit quote I need the full approved drawings from the GC and the scope of the project — what is staying, what is moving, how many units, and how far along the job is. Photos of the open walls or the panel door open help. I walk it after that.
Rehab work is quoted after I have the drawings and see the walls. Studs-to-finish jobs are too different for one number.
Text the job before the walls close.
Send the town, the full approved drawings from the GC, the scope (single-family or how many units, what is changing), photos of the open walls or the panel door open, and a time that works.
