Panels and added load
A business that added equipment and started tripping breakers. Sometimes the panel is the job. Sometimes it is a circuit.
Repairs
A dead section of the suite. An outlet that will not hold. I find it before anyone orders a board of parts.

Offices
2x4 and 2x2 grids, wraparounds in halls and back rooms.
Restaurants and bars
Dining and bar lighting, kitchen circuits, emergency lights. The room you serve in and the room you cook in.
Smoothie shops and storefronts
Equipment circuits, counters, and the lights over the line. Small shops count.
Other commercial work
Full buildouts
Rough-in through finish. Offices, restaurants, bars, shops, daycares. Easier while the walls are open. I need the full approved drawings from the general contractor.
Daycares
Classrooms, halls, kitchens, and the panel that has to carry them. Quoted after I see the space.
Restaurant and bar kitchens
Not only the dining lights. Equipment circuits for what the kitchen actually runs.
High-bays
Warehouse and shop ceilings. Different fixture than a 2x4 grid.
3-phase
Service and gear that is not a house panel. Send the photo of what is on the wall now.
Equipment hookups
HVAC disconnects and coolers. The circuit has to exist before the unit lands.
Emergency lighting
Exit and emergency units when one is out. Same visit as the rest of the lighting if that is the call.
Send a photo of the ceiling or the panel and the town. That is enough to start.
How we price it
Commercial work is quoted after I see the space. For restaurants, bars, smoothie shops, offices, daycares, and full buildouts I need the full approved drawings from the general contractor, plus the scope. Licensed electrician. Insured. 90-day warranty.
